Electro-Homoeopathy, also known as Electropathy, is a complementary system of herbal therapeutics developed by Count Cesare Mattei (1809–1896) of Bologna, Italy, during the nineteenth century. The system is based primarily on specially prepared remedies obtained from carefully selected medicinal plants. According to its traditional philosophy, Electro-Homoeopathy seeks to promote the body's natural balance and support overall health and well-being.

The name Electro-Homoeopathy reflects Count Mattei's belief that the active principles of medicinal plants possessed a dynamic or "electrical" vital force and shared certain philosophical similarities with Homoeopathy, although Electro-Homoeopathy developed as a distinct system with its own concepts, methods of preparation, and therapeutic approach.

Electro-Homoeopathy follows a holistic approach, considering the individual as a whole rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms. Its remedies are traditionally prepared from botanical sources using specialized processing methods unique to the Electro-Homoeopathic system. Over the years, the system has been taught, studied, and practiced by various educational and research organizations in different countries, particularly in India, where it continues to be promoted through institutions dedicated to education, research, and public awareness.
